Tips

I follow these tips to stay slim and fit
  • Eat breakfast as early as possible
  • Drink at least eight glasses of water per day.
  • Eat Vegetables, especially raw ones
  • Eat healthy food
  • Do household chores, like sweeping the floor, cleaning the bathroom, etc
  • Do Yoga 
  • Avoid late night snacks
